Is there a contract or minimum commitment? +
No. Starter is free forever. Investor and Elite are month-to-month subscriptions you can cancel anytime with no penalty.
What happens if I exceed my vault balance limit? +
On Starter, you'll be prompted to upgrade once you approach $10,000 in holdings. Investor and Elite have much higher or unlimited limits.
Do fees change when I upgrade? +
Yes — storage, purchase premium, and sell spreads all decrease on higher tiers. New rates apply immediately upon upgrade.
Can I get Elite without paying monthly? +
Elite requires the $99/month subscription. However, holdings above $1M may qualify for custom enterprise pricing — contact our sales team.
